How Does It Work?
Holes are drilled about 3 feet apart and 12 to 16 inches deep. We fill the holes with granular fertilizer that releases slowly over the course of about 3 months.
Topical fertilizers are not as effective for some situations. In some cases the fertilizer needs to go directly into the root zone. It is best to have a certified arborist evaluate the tree you are looking to service for your best plan of action.
